I have just updates my Qlik Sense to Qlik Sense Desktop 3.1 SR3

I have a 64-bit OS, i have uninstalled and installed three times, downloaded new software, cleaned my machine and powered down?
I dont know else i can do...
If you hit <F5> to refresh does it sort itself out ?
It seems as if something starts before something else has properly initialised.
