Proper Uploading of a new data file when Map (incl. Coordinates) has been created

I have a short question regarding the proper uploading of a new data file --> In fact, when I change the numbers in an existing file (let´s assume production volume/year) and add the updated file to Qlik Sense, it usually realizes that data has been adapted and it modifies my data Charts in Qlik Sense appropriately. However, as soon as I´ve created a map (with entering of coordinates) and try to upload an adapted file it sums up the absolute numbers of the file instead of just changing the adapted numbers...
