Publish from "Work" to All Streams/Apps

Hi, 

I have just updated a sheet in my "Work" area and I have several streams which I wanted to publish just my sheet to (not my complete app).

Is there a way where I can just publish my sheet to several different Streams/Apps inside them?

This is not what I am looking for.

I am looking to publish my sheet in ALL of my Apps/Streams not just in my app.
