QMC Reloads fails first time

Hi,

Scheduled QMC Reloads fails first time and due to extractor application also fails. we have scheduled extractor on hourly trigger . we are using Qlik Sense 3.1 .

Please suggest me how to schedule extractor without fail.

Have you checked the logs to find out why the reload fails?
