QMC doesn't works

Dear all,

i'm writing because i need you help. i pretty neophyte in Qlik sense, and now I would like to add more customization to my apps, unfortunately i'm not able to open the QMC console and when i try to import a theme, the upload windows is greyed out and nothing can be done.

someone face the same issue and can help me?

Did u have access before?

Maybe u just don't have the admin rights?

Hello,

It sounds strange. it is a stand alone version on my pc. it would be possible that I'm not the admin?

By the way, when I try to access to QMC the browser just say me that page doesn't exist. when I try to add the theme, I can add soothing in the document or widget library, not in the extension or mashup...

I'm a little disoriented.
