QMC task failing - Sharepoint Site connector

I have a Data connection created using Office 365 Sharepoint Connector . The app reloads when I do 'Load Data' in the app ( no QMC task) . But when I create a QMC task to reload the app, it fails 

LOAD Script is just loading few columns from excel file on Sharepoint Site. 
The Qlik service account has been granted owner permissions on Sharepoint Site. 

Error below - how can i resolve this ?

Hi, 

This error may indicate that: 

• The file does not exists (or the user cannot access to it)
• The file is empty

Please check this

Thanks. The error is due to the web connectors unable to read the keys. I'll have to re-create the keys first and then check.
