Qlik Access Issue

Hi, I can see every dashboard that I have access to on the left panel on the Qliksense home page! However, I still run into the following "access pass" issue whenever I click on any item on the panel on the left. Have you seen this before (please see attached screenshot of error)?

You don't have a Qliksense license assigned to you 

Read out to your Qliksense administrator to have a license assigned to you
