Qlik App do not reload via QMC

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue with refreshing  a dashboard I created. There is no issue with the script of the app. The app can be reloaded via the script editor, but the same can't  be reloaded when a task is created via QMC. When I checked as to why the app is not being loaded, the info bubble stated to check the engine logs. When I checked them,  they stated the following error had occurred : "Session stop reason: Socket closed by client", that's why the reload task of my app was terminated.

Can anyone  guide me as to how should I tackle this issue ?

PS : I am facing this error in Qlik Sense Apr 2020 Enterprise edition.
