Qlik Map color legend problem

We create a US state map with Qlik sense desktop 3.0. We use expression to create map color legend.

When we select a state by clicking the map, we would like to show the whole US state map, and at the same time, we also would like to highlight the selected state?

Any suggestion is appreciated!

We use color expression and set different color opacity.
