Hello Folks,
We have a Nov 2023 Patch 9 cluster. In the past two days, we changed the Cluster Settings values of {Root folder, App folder} to new values.
However, when I duplicate an app, I can verify that it puts it in the new path specified in the QMC. But when I go to the new app, it gives me a 1003 error (I think it's still looking in the old folder).
When I go to an old app, it seems to be reading from the old path.
Where could this disconnect be happening where Qlik is still accessing the old fileshare?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
In case anyone else is having this problem, we had a 5 node cluster, where 4 nodes had the new path, but 1 server had the old path.
Hi,
How did you change that ? With the following process: How to change the share path in Qlik Sense (Servic... - Qlik Community - 1711738

@mpc - We changed it with the QlikSenseUtil tool. Even when we read the values in with the QSUTool, we see the new values. Of course, we've restarted thhe services, and rebooted the servers.
Quite strange indeed,
In the QMC > Service Cluster, only new path is displayed ?
Maybe Engine and/or Repository logs will indicate info. about real path, just to be sure ?

Quite strange, did you try to register again the node ?
