Qlik Sense Alternate States

Here is a simple example to explain my query.

• Created 2 alternate states
  1. State1
  2. State2
• Created two filters(Parent and child Filter) 
  1. Parent Filter
     
     • Applied State1 Alternate State, 
     • Dimension: Country
  2. Child Filter
     • Applied State2 Alternate State, 
     • Dimension: States

Now, two filter has two different States, If selection is done in Parent filter(country), I see, states under that country is not shown as selection in child filter. It shows all the States, no matter wat the country is selected in Parent filter. 

Requirement: is to hve two different Alternate States. 

How this can be done??
