Qlik Sense Cloud Business permanent access

Dear all,

I logged in Qlik Sense Business Cloud tool few days ago but despite my subscription to the program “1 year continuous classrooms”, I only access the free version for 1 month.

Would you know how it is possible to access the permanent Qlik Sense® Cloud tool?
