Qlik Sense Desktop - April 2020

I was using Qlik Sense Desktop February 2020 and wanted to try April 2020 until the end of June. The installation itself went fine, however I now have a problem. 

I firstly notice that when I select 'Log in with Qlik Account', like I used to, it does take me to the 'Continue with Qlik Sense Desktop'. However it no longer asks for the credential but goes straight to the Hub. Next, when I select to create a new App I get a error message that says "the app could not be created. please try again." 

Has anyone come across this issue?
