Qlik Sense Desktop : Data Load raises Unknown Error

Hi

I'm using Qsense Desktop June 2020 Patch 2 Update 1 (13.82.9)
For all my apps :

- If I try to launch from Data Load QS raises an error message :  Unknown Error
- If I open Data Manager, i get the error message : 
     Unable to connect to the Qlik Sense engine. Possible causes: too many connections, the service is offline, or networking issues.

But in some of my apps, I added a reload button loaded long ago from Qlik Branch (Qlik-Sense-Extension-Reload-Button-master) => And loading from this button works fine

I checked engine logs, and don't see any issue
No Script log is generated

Can someone help me ?
