Qlik Sense Desktop doesn't show on start

Hi all,

I have read some answers about this problem but couldn't find an answer which fits my needs

I check C:\Users\438708\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Log\System   but there was no file from the day even if I have a log for QlikSenseBrowser like 

Starting Qlik Sense Desktop...
Date: mer. mai 29 12:51:11 2019
Path: C:/Users/438708/AppData/Local/Programs/Qlik/Sense/QlikSenseBrowser/QlikSenseBrowser.exe

The desktop launch quickly opens a command window and close it in less than a second

any help please?

Please try to restart the Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher (QSD).

Executables	QSD: %ProgramFiles%\Qlik\Sense\ServiceDispatcher\ServiceDispatcher.exe Services that are launched and managed by the QSD: %ProgramFiles%\Qlik\Sense\ServiceDispatcher\node\node.exe
