Does anyone know why Desktop takes so long to open??

On my laptop it takes about 10 secs to open for me, how long does it take to open for you?

Don't know why... when it sometimes takes so long to open, in the up right corner; select back; and It'll open more quickly

Usually, it won't take much time. It could be due to multiple processes running at the backend like databases, web browsers etc...     May I know your system configuration, that could be a vital reason.
