I have tested the Qlik Sense Desktop 11.11.1 and get the problem to Log in with Qlik Account or Qlik Sense Server.
Our problem: it isn't allowed to have a possibility to use Qlik Cloud, we have to prevent that our members can upload an application or other data to the cloud.
Next problem: to use the Qlik Account, we have to add the neccessary URL's to the proxy white-list, but in this case our members can Log in with Qlik Account and (maybe) upload an application with user data.
Our server solution needs more time and in the meantime I have to make sure that our members can use Qlik Sense Desktop.
This is a big problem for me 🙂
So the question is, do we have a possibility to get a portable version of dekstop software without Log in?
I'm using Qlik Desktop June 2017 Release, and it requires me to log in. I created a web application that uses Qlik Desktop and it detects if Qlik is running, and if not it would launch the process.
It was working fine until version June 2017, but now the process gets stuck since I cannot log in to a process without windows...
