Can any one please suggest which licensing option is best (user based or token based ) using for real time environments with less operational cost for around 100 users.
It is not possible to give you a general "this-or-that" recommendation based on the info you provided. You have to look at usage patterns. If you have a lot of frequent user I believe you would be better of with a mix of Professional and Analyzer licenses. If you have more seldom usage users then you could consider tokens with login access pass.
The drawback of login access passes is that it could limit the usage, you might do less analytics if you know the time is ticking and that a piece of the token is consumed every time you log in.
