Qlik Sense Map
Hi, I am new to Qlik Sense, and I have some questions to ask.
- I want to use map visualization on Qlik sense, and when I drag down the map visualization, It doesn't give me the option Add dimension, Do I have to install map extensions, which extensions?
- Can I use google maps on Qlik Sense without any license?
- To make a map visualization, are the Latitude and Longitude values enough?
Thank you in advance!

- No extension is needed for a regular map visualization in Qlik Sense. You first need to add a layer before adding a dimension.
- Qlik Sense uses OpenStreetMap, no additional license is needed.
- The Latitude and Lonitude fields are enough to use the map object.
Here is a video showing how to configure a basic map visualization. For further reference, please check the Qlik Help on Map objects.
Hope it helps!

Regarding Google Maps, as Patric responded on the thread below, "the terms (https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms) states that it is only allowed to access through the governed JS API."
