Qlik Sense Missing Connectors

I have QlikSense Desktop installed on my laptop, but there are no connectors for Teradata or the DataMarket. The help docs online make it sound like these should be automatically installed. But they weren't. So how can i get them added? The docs also made it seem like this could be something that is configured on my user id, so who can i reach out to to check if that is the case?

Which version of the Qlik Sense Desktop are you running?

Did you install any additional connectors - which you should need to do with Qlik Sense Desktop.

Hi,

I've seen other issues also with previous release of Sense, like user unable to login though correct credentials were provided. After installing September 2018 release it was working fine.

You may try downloading September 2018 release and install and check.
