I downloaded QlikSense desktop in September 2019.

How is it possible to have the updates of November 2019? Should I download Qlik Sense back with the new version? If so, where can I find the links to download it? Is it free?

You have to download the new version and install it. But it's possible that's it's not available anymore unless you're a partner or direct customer. Qlik Sense Desktop is being phased out and users are being forced to use Qlik Cloud Business instead.
