Qlik Sense Rim node The connection is very slow.

Hi experts.

We installed Qlik Sense in two multi nodes.

Server 1 : Central node
Server 2 : Rim node (failover candidate check)

When you connect to Server 1, hub, qmc, etc. are very fast.
However, it takes more than 40 seconds to connect to Server 2.

I tried various settings, but I couldn't find the answer.

One thing I found was...
I forced the Central node to end and the Central role moved on to Lim node.
As Server 2 becomes Central, the connection becomes faster.
Server 1 got very slow.

Please share your information.

To help you investigate this, we will need to have access to logs from your Qlik Sense installation. Doing this kind of troubleshooting is not possible in the community.

I suggest that you create a case with Product Support so we can help you solve this issue. If you unsure on how to create a case see

When you create the case, please include QlikSense version and a full set of QlikSense logs from both servers.

Recreate the issue and indicate a timestamp when you tested, so we know where in the logs to look.
