Qlik Sense - SAP SQL Connector

Hi Folks,

We are having a strange behavior when trying to connect to the SAP SQL connector.
We have a Server for Qlik Sense and another server for Qlikview (already with SAP connectors working)

After we install the conector, we have this 2 folders:
1) C:\Program Files\Common Files\Qlik\Custom Data\QvSAPSqlConnector

2) C:\Program Files\Common Files\QlikTech\Custom Data\QvSAPSqlConnector

In folder 2) we can test the connection and see the SAP tables.
In folder 1) we had a message error, indicating user or password are incorrect 

When we go to Script Editor in QlikSense Hub the same error (Incorrect user or password).

Can someone have knowledge about that and help us?

Hi @fireballdio ,

Can you please check the SAP SQL connector log and see if we can find anything detailed?  Or change the logging level from INFO to ALL if the log doesn't show anything else.

Thanks for your asnwer and sorry for the late feedback.

The log tell us the user or password is incorrect. But its not possible.

And as i said in first post, if we try from the folder ( C:\Program Files\Common Files\QlikTech\Custom Data\QvSAPSqlConnector) we get the message "Connection Succeded".

Aditional info:
This is a new server for QlikSense.
We have our production system (other server for Qlikview) and everything is running good.
