Qlik Sense Section Access - multiple group access

Hi,

In section access i am able to allow access to all the Active Directory user belong to one group by using "GROUP" function in section access. But i want to give access to staff in multiple group. Wondering which design (below) is right? or is there is some other way i could use?

DESIGN 1:

USERID, ACCESS, GROUP

*,USER,GROUPABC

*,USER,GROUPXYZ

DESIGN 2:

USERID, ACCESS, GROUP

*,USER,GROUPABC; GROUPXYZ
