Qlik Sense Server Error (Refused To connect)

Whenever my laptop updates , Qlik Sense gives the following error :- Refused to Connect.
How to solve the Problem?

Can you give us more details? Maybe a print screen

Where Is the QlikSense Server, on your computer?

My first thought is that there are some services not running.
