Qlik Sense Token Usage Priority

If a named user is assigned a user access token, and the same user is part of a group that is assigned login access tokens, how does Qlik Sense handle this? Does this user's user access take priority over the login access so that a login pass is not used?

I am guessing that named access token would be invoked first.  That would seem logical.

Why would you give a user both?

If you already give 1 token to user, so when he uses qlik sense there is no logins accesses uses.
