Hi,
Qlik Sense Trial/Sandbox version is created for a customer and customer is able to login to the Qlik cloud. Still he is not able to see the "Qlik Cloud" icon on the top right. He is able to see only my Qlik, Please see the image below. Kindly advice how to proceed.

Qlik Cloud is access to choose tenants.
If you have access to Multiple tenant with same id .
