Qlik Sense - User Can't Clear Selections
Hi! I have an end user that can not clear the selections in his app. I have cleared his cache and used a different browser. I've tried clearing selections every way I can think of. I even made a small change to the app and republished it. That did get one of the three filters to clear but he can't clear the other two.
This is an app that I have published. He does not have the ability to edit this app, so it isn't a copy. Not sure if that info helps or not...

below is one possibility please check
Please make sure once , Always one selected value unchecked for your uncleared field
go to filed at left hand side asset panel ->search your field->right click->field setting->deselect Always one selected value option

We are using version 12.44.2 and yes, it is only this specific user.

That check box is not selected but that is good to know.

One more option is make a copy of your application and then delete this filed and create again and then try to clear
