Qlik Sense main page Design Help

Hi Team,

I wanted some help while designing the main page as shown below.

I need help in arranging items as shown in image. Please do not consider image shown in backend.

I need to arrange the icons for dashboards as showing in image.

What should I use (text box or else) to have the view like image.

Kindly suggest.
