Qlik Sense - pie chart formatting

Dear Experts,

I am new to qlik sense and I need help.

I have designed a working dashboard for my company. we have a server license.

I have place pie charts on the dashboard. But I feel the charts are appearing too small.

Is there a way to increase the size of the charts within the same border limit. also i need to reduce the size of the titles.

Please find attached the sample DB i created and for which i need help.
