items don't live only on a sheet, they are available to the entire application. any selections on a sheet globally apply. guessing you may be after "current" price of an item based on date (current or selected). something like (field names example): max({$<ItemPriceDate={"=max(TOTAL ItemID ItemPriceDate)"}>} ItemPrice)
