Qlik replication from file to Oracle

I am new to Qlik and trying replicate data from file (txt) to Oracle. I am getting the error "cannot initialize subtask". Please let me know how do we fix this issue.

You need to explain a bit more about what you are trying to achieve. Are you using Qlik Replicate or Qlik Sense?
