How to import the data of an object on qlik sense without opening qlik sense to put them in a website or mobile application?

What object is it?

You're talking about Qlik Sense objects or Data Source?

Either way you'll need to open Qlik Sense application in order to import/export the data.

If you're reading data from a Data source (Oracle or SAP etc....) then it is one time script and you can refresh the dashboard to get new data by assigning Triggers in QMC.

And Export that xl or pdf file available data to your local system.
