Qlik to VPN Mysql Database

We built an app in Qlik Sense Desktop that connects to the MySQL database through VPN, everything's working fine locally but when we publish the app to the Qlik server, getting this below error.

The Qlik sense cloud is not able to establish a connection to our database, what process we should follow to establish a connection to VPN databases.

ERROR [08001] [Qlik][MySQL] (1004) The connection has timed out while connecting to the server: 10.... at port: 3306.

Thank you for your help!

Hi @srinivasDragonMedia,

Since the database goes through VPN, I suspect there is a firewall restriction which is not allowing you to connect to Qlik SaaS/Cloud. Have you whitelisted Qlik DNS?

I hope this helps!
