QlikCloud App Screen Size Scaling

I currently have my sheets set as follows, but when other users open the sheet on a smaller screen (like a laptop for example), everything on the sheet gets squished and looks messy. I had tried a couple different combinations of settings before, but I've always noticed that the layout gets squished on smaller screens. What settings can I adjust to make sure the layout remains the same regardless of screen size?

Yes it happens with all the applications within our laptops. 

You need to define a standard monitor definition and zoom, so that you can develop an application with those settings and be sure that your collegues work with the same settings.
