QlikSene Setup with Powershell / CLI tools

Hello Qlikers, 

I'm trying to find a resource that helps me to install / Deploy Qliksense setup with PowerShell or CLI tools. If anyone has insights, please do share.

This is really old code of mine from years ago which no doubt would need a significant touch up, but it points to the PowerShell technique to dynamically build the underlying XML structured config file.
