QlikSense Desktop for Windows Server 2012

Hi there,

I've tried to install QlikSense x64 on Windows Server 2012. It says that it's incompatible, is there a version for Windows Server 2012?

Also, I assume that - Sense like QV is still Windows only platform?

Hi,

Are you trying to install a desktop version? If so, you have to try with non-desktop version. Check: Why can't Qlik Sense Desktop be installed on Server 2012? And yes, Sense is Windows only platform.

Thanks for that. Disappointing to know that I can't install Windows Server 2012. Although, I expected about Linux.

Hi DV,

Install Qlik Sense on a Windows 7 environment and then copy over the *.exe to your Windows Server 2012 box.
