QlikSense logged off in Chrome

While using QlikSense if I leave my screen untouched for five mins it logs me off.  That means I have to log back in and reset all my filters and setups again.  Our server is set to time out after 30 mins so why is this happening.  I'm told it's a Chrome setting somewhere.

Do you get logged out of other AD authenticated sites?  Have you tried a different browser?  And who told you this?  Can you see and poke around the QMC?
