QlikSense services problem

Hi Experts

Now I'm facing an urgent issue that I can not access the hub and qmc while all the services show "Running"

I find a reference from Ports overview ‒ Qlik Sense

I suppose these ports should be invoked when the relevant service is running

but actually , it's not

I can find none of them except port 4432

please,please help me . I must fix it as soon as possible , any reply would be appreciate
