QlikView or QS Waterfall chart, multiply rows from one column to another column (sumproduct in excel)

Hi,

Is there a way to multiply all the rows of one column with that of a second column and then summarize values? This is similar to how sumproduct function works in Excel. 

Can this be done in either QlikView or Qlik Sense load script or chart? My goal is to create a waterfall chart with the output table. 

Below is a sample Data and what I'm trying to achieve. Any help is appreciated!!!

Top table is input to the bottom output table. 

County Location Cnt, Denominator is the total  county locations (sum of Q), and ratio is Q/R
