Qliksense Hub login issue - Following user is not authenticated

Recently our FID's password is changed (this FID is used to run Qlik services) .  I have updated this new password in UDC properties also. Suddenly from then we are not able to login to hub with our SIDs. Getting error:

"Following user not authenticated: Domain\username".

 

Can anyone help in solving this issue...
