Qliksense Installation Error (1603)

Hey there,

I'm planing to move our report tools OracleBI  to QlickWep.(Due to costs) I just wanna check out whats in it and downloaded free desktop version and boom. I don't even managed to install it.

I know its duplicated question but id din't find any proper way to fix error 1603.

OP: Win10/64bit Pro.

1-)I have administrator right on my comp.

2-)Change installation paths.

3-)have c++ redistributable (x86/x64) on my pc.

Ps: I did try everything in forum.

I got the same error code without anyother error messages besides "Product: PostgreSQL -- Installation failed" by installing QlikSense April 2020 on windows 10 enterprise 64 bit with all required C++ packages. Have no idea whatelse I can do, I am not sure whether it has to do with "servcie account with admin right", I am admin.

The service account used to install and run qliksense must be local administrator of the server.

In my case in march 2020, it was not the case.

After adding the SA as local admin, installation was OK.
