Qliksense: Need YTD and Variance column in pivot table with multiple measures

Need help to create this view in Qlik Sense Pivot table. Sample data is attached in the excel

This seems similar in approach to solution mentioned in below blog. However I am new to QlikSense and not able to adjust this to my requirement.
