Query on Qlik Server

Please help us with the following questionnaire to proceed further with new server.

- Does the software run in client server architecture or this is a standalone software to be installed in the laptop only?   
- If the software runs in client server architecture, whether we need to create any server locally? 
- If yes what is the configuration of the server (OS version, RAM, HDD)?  
- How the installation will take place in the server? 
- Who will do the installation? Whether OEM or any Third party supplier will be involved to deploy the solution? 
- Which vendor will perform vulnerability mitigation of this software in case any identified? 
- How the requirement of support against the software will get addressed in case of any functionality issue comes up with the software?
