Question to all Qlik Sense Developers!

I want to make a BI home page for my company where the page should be divided into four parts showing icons of four departments and I want all of the Qlik Sense apps of the respective department to be linked to its icon on the BI home page. Is there any way I can do/develop it INSIDE QLIK SENSE by redirecting the page (when an icon is clicked) to the page containing apps of the particular department using its Qlik Sense URL or anything?

The attached picture is what I want.

Why just not create a Stream for each department and restrict by security rule?
