Questions about authoring software

Hi,guys!

When I was watching the mash-ups radio ,I don't know what's the name of the authoring software and where to download the soft ware.I only know the function of the software .It offers the compiling environment as follows .Ask for help.

That looks like the Sublime Text text editor. You can find it at www.sublimetext.com. I've never used it myself. Notepad++ works fine for me.
