RE:Duplicate App

I have created one Qvf  on desktop  and i deployed into Qmc.

then i published my qvf.    till this fine.

Now.  i opened Dev hub and  i duplicated the sheet   . and reloaded the app.

so now my duplicated sheet for example

Mynew sheet     [original app]

Mynew sheet(1)  [dplicated app.

Now i opened in Qmc--->  App objects  ---->

i saw there  my app status     for      Approved is  -Not approved     and    for  published    status  is -Published

User  need now     Both status should be  Approved and Pubished. 

hw can i get this?
