Rebuilding with latest AMI

hi,

  At the company, we have a legacy qlik enterprize  cluster (February 2020 patch 1, qliksenseserver: 13.62.7) set up deployed in amazon.

We have renewed the license this year, just want to know if can we use this license for building clusters with a new ami image.
