Reference line available on Sense SaaS but not on Prem?

On  Sense Enterprise (on Prem) Add-on there is only Data handling, reference lines do not exist. September 2020 patch 5

Any clue, can this be added? how?

Which visualization are you referring to? I think there were changes made in this domain over the last year in at least the combo chart. So it could simply be a feature that is not available in September 2020.

Indeed it is a Combo Chart and indeed it exists e.g. if I create a new barchart.

So then I can't have it unless I upgrade. Thank you!
