i have requirement as attached image.Like This the user want if BU=CI AND BRAND =ESSNT AND YEAR>=2015 ,The BU=CI SHOLUD BE CHANGED TO EH

CAN ANY ONE SAY HOW TO GET LIKETHIS

Well, if you really want to confuse your users like that you can try using Select in Field actions assigned to the OnSelect field triggers of the fields referenced in your Reg-Expression.
